Meet and Greet Interview (Free). New clients have a "get to know" visit scheduled or a first consultation, in which you can meet us and we get to meet you and your special friends. It gives us an opportunity to meet the pets before we start actual services. At the consultation we will also answer all of your questions, complete the necessary paperwork, tour your home, and transfer keys.

• Drop In ($9): 5 minute visit to complete small tasks such as transfer keys, check iron/stove, close windows, turn off sprinkler systems.
• Value Visit ($14.25): 15 minute visit to complete small tasks such as short potty breaks, clean litter box.
• Traditional Visit ($17.50 one pet): 25 -30 minute visit. Most dogs require 2 to 4 visits per day. Most cats require 1-2 visits per day. One Traditional visit includes walking, feeding & fresh water, playtime, love & attention, medicating, litter box cleanup, accident clean up, bringing in the mail, newspaper, alternating blinds, watering the plants, and adjusting lights. Each additional pet $2 more.
• Extended Visit ($20): 40-45 minute visit best for long walks, multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, pets with special diets or special needs, as well as watering lawns. Each additional pet $2 more
• Hourly Care ($25): You may choose hour increments for various types of care, grooming, and interactive play. Each additional pet $2 more
• Overnights ($51 for 8 hours): We are available for overnights on a limited basis if you feel your pet requires it.
• Travel Charges- This is for one way only. As a reference check we use www.randmcnally.com Look up the minutes from your home to our main location.
  0-9 Minutes are Free.
  5 min. increments are $2.00 extra.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

• Payment is expected with completed paperwork before service begins. Checks may be postdated.
• Cancellations & refunds: If with in 48 hours of service, there is no refund. If after 48 hours, there is a full refund. This is due to reserving calendar days for your service.
• Holiday cancellation policy: Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks are our busiest times of the year. Please make reservations early. If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us at least 7 days prior to avoid holiday cancellation charges of 20% of your reservation. Please understand that last minute cancellation during holiday weeks create a loss of business for our pet sitters that could of taken other jobs. Thank you for your understanding.
• Value Visits - If scheduling 3 or less value-visits, a consult fee of 14.25 will be charged for the initial meeting.
• Our representatives regularly enter homes where they look for changes. They look for conditions where personal effects are moved and changed for the safety and well being of your pet, home, and ourselves as well. They are to trust their own senses as things are warranted. As a policy, if there are conditions that changed at a home where they are not aware of anyone else having access i.e., lights altered, etc., then they face a different set of conditions. We would ask that you if you are in a circumstance where others will be entering your home that you would please provide detailed information advising us of those circumstances. We may be forced to enter your home with another individual, for example our pet sitter’s husband or wife for safety and security reasons.
